When you purchase a Medicaid Black Book Subscription, you agree that:
- You will not share outside of your organization. If you are a health plan, this means outside of your specific plan market. For example, if you are an Anthem plan in Indiana, you can not share it with Anthem colleagues at corporate or in another Anthem plan in New York. If you are a consulting organization, you may share limited insights from the Black Book confidentially with your clients. You may not share the vendor star scores, but you may share that you used the Black Book in development of your own analyses and recommendations. No part of the Black Book can be republished in any form.
- Medicaid Black Book is only 1 tool used in your overall decision making in relation to strategies and vendor partnerships. You are requesting review of vendors and related recommendations as a consulting service.
